Using TED for leadership development

I know I am not the first to think of this nor am I the first to implement this as a way to train staff and leadership in a church, however this is my first attempt to use TED for leadership training.

Here is the link that will take you to the three page line up. We called this leadership session "Circles, Marshmallows and Carrots".

Thanks for reading this and perhaps you have your own TED line up you would use to train leaders or get people to think?

P.S. this may even function well as a three part Sunday School lesson for those of you out there that are looking for Sunday School lessons. Just a thought.
